Therapy for Us offers free fifteen minute consultations to see if we’re a good fit. During the consultation we’ll talk about what brings you in, your goals, and any additional information that may be helpful in your therapeutic journey. I’ll answer any questions and we will discuss possible next steps. This session is way for us to get to know each other.
If you determine Therapy For Us is a good fit, we will discuss your availability and book your first session.
